Will has a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked in senior roles for at News Limited for 27 years, including eight years as Divisional Managing Director of Festival Records Group, an Australian company with offices in New Zealand and the UK.
In his role as Executive Officer, Will provides executive support to John Croll, concentrating on business improvements in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Will also served as a Director of Mushroom Records and represented News Limited on the boards of a number of external companies and industry bodies.
